The River Hawk is the first design collaboration between New River Knife Works and David Mary, custom knife maker in Canada. As a knife user and lover himself, David started to learn knife making as a hobby in 2015 in order to chase the "perfect EDC" knife for himself. As his skills increased, he also grew addicted to share the joy of fine cutting with any and all who would experience it. David went full time in 2020 after being laid off during Covid, and now he continues to serve the knife community with a focus on bringing knife users working tools with appealing designs and materials, excellent cutting performance and great ergonomics. His mission is simple: To make all your cutting tasks easier and more enjoyable.
